Hi, I’m John Arnett, a passionate physical therapist dedicated to helping you overcome back pain and improve your quality of life. With a deep fascination for the human body that started in childhood, I’ve spent years honing my expertise, particularly in managing lower back pain—a condition I’ve personally battled and conquered.
With a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy and extensive training in specialized techniques, I’ve developed a holistic approach to care. After years of experience in a Brussels clinic, I launched Postureplan, where I provide both hands-on treatment and online programs. Through the Spine Support Network, I aim to empower you with the tools and knowledge to take control of your health while also connecting you with others who are navigating similar journeys. My aim is to help people take control of their health and wellbeing back.
Whether you’re managing chronic pain or getting ready for winter sports, I’m here to guide you every step of the way. Together, we can unlock your body’s full potential.

As a full time desk worker I find the exercises in the [Feel Good in Your Back] course very helpful! They are well explained and demonstrated, easy to follow along, and well structured (with even a timer with beeps to indicate the last seconds of the exercise).
All body parts / joints that get stiff and often achy from prolonged sitting are targeted: neck, shoulders, upper and lower back.
It's easy to weave the short exercises into your working day, to give your body (and mind!) a welcome break every now and then.
John also provides a lot of valuable information on the muscles involved, what to pay attention to during the exercises, and even how to keep motivating yourself to do the exercises on a regular basis.

Very positive! For example, I like the very structured way the exercises are ordered, building on each other. Also, there is very adequate and at the same time short information/explanation and the exercises are short. So overall: very well balanced.
I want to deliver practical solutions that help you take control of your well-being. For those looking to stay active, our ‘Knees for Skis’ program is the perfect fit to keep your knees strong and ready for winter sports. A lot of my content focuses on the lower back, breath work and keeping your body happy.
